You must be at least 18 years old to use Mondi. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and can form a binding agreement.

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

Mondi lets you make public “pacts” — pledges to do something if a result occurs — and upload proof. You are solely responsible for the pacts you make and any actions you take to fulfil them. Do not pledge or perform anything that is illegal, dangerous, harmful to yourself or others, or that violates anyone’s rights. We do not require, endorse, or supervise any dare, and we are not liable for what you choose to do. Use common sense and stay safe.

You retain ownership of the content you create, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and distribute it within the App to operate the service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse, threaten, or impersonate others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterFly AI LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from pacts, dares, or actions you or others choose to take.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
